Straight answers
Does it replace my booking system?
No. Keep taking bookings the way you do now. Slotly is only for the slots you'd otherwise lose: post those, ignore it the rest of the time.
How does the customer pay?
They pay you, at the appointment, the way your customers always have. Slotly never handles their money.
What exactly is the £5 for?
Each booking a customer makes through Slotly. Listing is free, there's no monthly fee and no contract. If we fill nothing, you owe nothing.
How do I know a booking is real?
Every booking has a QR code and a six-letter code that only work for your business. Scanning it tells you straight away whether it is valid, already used or cancelled.
Are there customers on it yet?
Honestly, not many. We're signing up businesses area by area before we advertise to customers there, so the first people who look find something to book. Listing early costs you nothing and puts you first in your area.
